Hi, I'm having trouble with the Officejet 3830. The print quality is terrible and honestly has been throughout a number of cartridge replacements. I'm using your cartridges and paper, I've been through troubleshooting on multiple occasions and it  suggests that I contact tech support.

The colour is weak and slightly lined but the black is abysmal.. the blocks of black are never clear, they're lined (barcodes are unreadable as it's inacapable of printing the entire thing), some lines of texts have only the bottom half printed and the print often fades/smudges out at the start and end of printed areas.

If images of the print outs would be of use please let me know and I will add them asap.
