I cannot print any files on my laptop. The printer is connected with a USB, it shows it is connected and I can check its status with HP Utility. When I click the print button, everything seems normal and its shows ready to print and it was not paused or anything, the printer just won't start to work.

I tried to scan and copy and they all worked so it was not the USB's problem or low of ink. I then tried to deleted all HP related softwares and reinstalled them again, still the same promblem. 1533765773166.jpg

It shows printing is enabled but nothing prints out (there were enough paper in the tray, the printer screen shows number 0 which indicates there's no job waiting but on my laptop it shows ready to print), scan function works normally.1533766601086.jpg

It was weird that when I was trying everthing out there was a step asking if I want to align the ink categories, I clicked yes and that page was printed successfully.

I'm using a Macbook Pro with High Sierra 10.13.6, the printer always worked normally until today. We also tried with my girlfriend's Macbook (OS X EI Capitan 10.11.6) and it has the same problem, can scan but cannot print, jobs just stay in list. We recalled that this happened with her Mac few months ago but at that time we thought it was her USB interface so we changed to print things from my Mac, until today.

So what else should I try to solve the problem?
