Product: HP office jet pro 6978
Please help I’m getting paper jam error but there is no paper jam. I’ve tried using power button to power off and 12 hours later the screen still said shutting down but never actually shut down. I unplugged for several hours and when I plugged it back in I got message about improper shut down then the paper jam error returned.
