The wifi signal originating from my HP OJP 8610 is strong enough that my neighbor says his iPhone and iPad are automatically connecting to that, rather than his own local wifi signal. That's troublesome as it connects him to my printer rather than to the internet. And he has been unable to change the priority of various wifi signals on his iDevices, or to "forget" those unusable signals.
I am trying to turn off the (Bonjour?) signal originating from the printer.
I don't need any web printing services and so have disabled all web services from the printer. However the signal from the printer persists.
How can I disable that wifi signal without limiting my ability to print from iPad to my AirPrint printer?
Thanks in advance.
