HP Recommended

My Officejet 6970 is printing every color document with a pink tint.  This is the case whetehr oprinting a document from a computer or copying a document from the flatbed.  I have installed new cartridges and installed the most recent driver.  I have also done a hard reset of the printer, but the issue remains.  I bought the printer new 18 months ago.
