Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I purchased an HP OfficeJet 6960 printer for working at home, and originally the inline images in a MS Word document printed fine on the printed document. Now the inline images on the MS Word document print larger and I cannot fix it even though nothing in the MS Word document has changed and in fact all images print larger. I reset the printer defaults with no success.

I waste ink printing and have save my printing for work on a printer images. Very frustrated with a number of issues with this printer and next time I will buy a different brand.
