I have an unusual problem with the scanner. Well, you start scanning the first side of the feeder and in the middle of the second side you hang the system and stop scanning.

 

In Apple Support I found out that this problem concerns mainly printer drivers. I installed them in different ways but each time the problem was the same.

 

I have a macOS Mojave system, an Xpress M2070FW printer. I use the scanner after USB, printing works well. The problem mainly concerns the scanner.

 

I also used Samsung Printer Installer but the problem continues. I also installed from Bonjour changing the location from Airpirint to a specific printer, the same with USB. Without effect, the problem continues. 

 

I can ask for help, it seems very urgent to me because it paralyses my work.
