Product: Envy 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 7640 printer will pick up 4x6 photo paper and print, but when I load 5x7 photo paper it comes back and say there was no paper ""please load paper and try again"" and I have done that dozens of times but same reply from the printer, about one year ago it was doing the same thing but after several try it did pick up the 5x7 paper. but not now, I have reset the printer to factory setting;  installed the latest firmware and on and on, with no help.

Can anyone help PLEASE
