Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am constructing a Christmas letter with a decorative art inserted in a text box as a letterhead, but the text box does not appear in the "preview" screen and will not print when prompted to print. This is a new occurance which has been happening for about the past several months. I print bulletin handouts with small copy in a text box and it does not print either. Can anyone help. Is there a setting that I might have accidently changed?
