Product: HP LaserJet Pro 400 Color M451NW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I are getting a "jam in paper print path. open rear door and clear jam" error on a laserjet pro 400 Color M451NW. The user had a page stuck in there and I took it out. Once the page is removed the printer will jam on the very next page.The page starts out the top of the printer maybe an inch when it jams. Any help on this issue is greatly appreciated.
