HP Recommended
Product: Officejet Pro 8610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a Printer Faiure Error Message that states "Ther is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If the problems persists, contact HP".

 

I have run thru all troubleshooting suggestions from the HP website for this message with no luck.

 

Any suggestons?
