Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

my B109N printer wont pick up paper from the paper tray. The mechanism drops & rollers spin but dont pull it upinto the printer. It tries twice then the "out of paper" message pops up.

If I put a slight upward curl on a page and push paper in about 25mm it works ok but a flat full or partial stack it won't do it
