Product: HP 8600 OfficeJet All-in-one printer
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

I've never seen this problem before, but today, all of a sudden, my HP 8600 OfficeJet is displaying "The following cartridges are not intended for use in this printer." This message pertains to Magenta ink that is intended, purchased at a Staples, for my printer. I changed the ink using a brand new cartridge also intended for this printer, and still the same mesage
