Hello Dear Community,

 

Last night I’m going to sleep and I must turn off my Omen .But when I was clicked turn off pc my pc won’t turn off . Fans are silent like a turn off but 5 sec. later my fans works again in very low mode.And the main problem is all of my Rgb keyboard were on and won’t off.

 

Yesterday a Windows update cames and I like it but Can ıt cause problem ? 

Or yesterday I remove My office (crack) can it make difference ?

Actualy I don’t think so .

 

Today morning like 08.10 I tried again and Its happened. I press the wake up button to force turn off and few seconds later I press the button for turn on. Pc normaly turns on (not slow) but my Rgb keyboard won’t turn on. I waited If it come but no . And Im open my lights on Omen Command center, it perfectly turns on and no problem to turn off again.
