Product: HP Envy 4500
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

My printer keeps printing blank pages.  I have tried letting the printer rest, taking out the cartridges and putting them back in, aligning the page, and running a quality report.  It still does not print anything.

 

The printer also says the ink levels are good, and it did print out a test page with full ink but not anymore.

 

Please help.  Thanks!
