My all in one printer just shut down in the middle of a print job and wouldn’t turn back on. We barely use this printer. The power cord works for another printer so that’s not the problem. The power indicator light is green but no response to power button.

the virtual assistant is a joke and because it’s out of warranty they won’t even let me talk to an agent. HP support SUCKS! So I’m here hoping someone can help me!!!
