Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I don't know if I have a whitelist bios or not and would like to upgrade my Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter. This is due it having a bad connection/Kicking other users of the internet when in a room that I would like to use it in. The problem is not in my router or it's signal as other devices work perfectly fine in that room - older and newer devices. can anyone help me out?
