Product: HP Envy 5540 All in One
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Hi,  I have an Envy 5540 Printer that suddenly won't print out any black ink.  Cartridge is fine and genuine HP.  Color prints out fine.  I tried monkeying around with settings and even reinstalled the printer.    It's a wireless printer that shows it's online and does work but only prints in color.  Can anyone help advise?   Maybe I need to reset the settings?   Even if I check off black and white printing nothing is output except in color.      Thank you in advance!
