I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 6968. I'm having trouble selecting the correct printer paper type for printing on 110 lbs Cardstock Letter Size (I've checked the specifications and it is supported according to this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-6960-all-in-one-printer-series/8289579/model/1...

When it prints, the image is shifted about one inch to the right. It's cutting off the right side and leaving extra space on the left margin. When I print on a standard sheet of paper, there is no issue and the image is centered.

Working through the issue I have tried changing the paper type and size in multiple settings. I can choose Letter Size and Plain Paper, Thick on the printer settings when I load it in but no option for card. When I go to select paper type in the printer settings on my computer (Lenovo L540, Windows 7) I can choose Paper, Thick also. When I choose advanced settings, I can choose "Index Card Letter". I've turned the printer off and on, updated drivers, aligned and cleaned heads, and tried printing the pdf from multiple programs (Adobe and Chrome). I've even turned down the quality to 300 dpi. No combination so far has yielded proper results.

I'm hoping someone else has solved this issue.

Thank you,

Daniel
