Greetings--

I have an OfficeJet Pro 8610, which I have thoroughly enjoyed over the years.  Even though I have had an issue here and there, nothing could not be dealt with, and overall, this printer is great !!

As of today, and without any forewarning, the printing is really bad.  When I print a document, there are lines in any of the pictures; the printing is not crisp anymore, appears light, and looks like the top and/or bottoms of the numbers and letters are lighter than the other part of the numbers or letters.  {In the enclosed picture, you may have to zoom in to see what I am talking about.  Also, in the heading of the picture, notice that the underline appears as if it is echoing the letters like a dashed underline.

I have cleaned the heads.  I have aligned the heads.  I have calibrated the heads.  And I have even replaced two of the four

cartridges.

Still prints unusually......

Can anyone help me?  Why is this doing this?  I am totally baffled.

Thank you !!
