Product: OfficeJet Pro 8720
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Help!  My printer has decided that it suddenly does not like to print on cardstock.  I always check the settings upon loading paper.  It doesn't feed properly.  I cleaned the cartridges, aligned them, even opened the rear doors and "wiped" clean as the directions specified on the help page.  It is not wet so that is not the problem.  There appears to be no debris...  

 

Everytime I try, the first page comes out blank and the second has only half of it printed upon.  it is always the bottom of the document I am trying to print.
