Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP
I replaced all the 952 cartridges in my HP OfficeJetPro 8715 All-in-One but still get the "Empty Cartridges must be replaced message". In a different thread, I saw some advice. So, I removed all the new cartridges, the USB cable, and unplugged the power cord at both ends and waited 5 minutes. When I reconnected everthing, I still got the replace cartridge message. What is going on here?
