Product: HP Envy Photo 6230
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I recently purchased a new HP Envy Photo 6230 which came free with 12 month free trial of HP Instant Ink. I've successfully registered the printer, and now signed up for a monthly plan on Instant Ink. However, my free trial is not showing in my account, currenlty showing £7.99 plan, and suggesting ink has just been dispatched, whereas I have just installed new ink that came with the printer.
How do I activate the free trial and ensure I do not pay anything for ink during next 12 months.
It seems so complicated!
