HP Recommended

My printer is HP Envy 7640 unlike the solved error.  Also  my web services icon is NOT on the upper right of the display on HP Envy 7640. Trying to scan a document to send to email. Get this error message, "There was a problem connecting to the server. Touch Retry to connect again, or Ok to exit." Retrying doesn't work. Help.
