Product: HP Officejet Pro X476dw MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I get a message on my computer and a message on the printer. The message on my computer says "To maintain print quality, remove and re-install the duplex module." The printer's error message says the same exact thing.

I have removed and re-installed the duplex module and cleared the message but it continues to pop up after every print job (usually only 1 page single-sided).

Any suggestions?  Do I need to buy a new duplex module? If so where do you buy these?
