Hi Guys,
Just bought a new M281fdw printer to replace my old 2605dn and have installed the drivers on two Win 10 64-bit machines and one win 7 32-bit machine. Driver works fine: all can print and all can scan very nicely.
However, on one of the Win 10, a notification is shown in the Win 10 message area, every time I turn on the Pc. It is a picture of the printer with a link beneath saying Launch App. When trying the link, a screen telling me to go to Win store and get the app, to be able to keep an eye on various status info on the printer.
I do not want to download and install the app on my machines, and want to get rid of the notification.
Could anyone help: What can I do to stop HP from notifying me about this app ?
