Hi all, I just bought this HP Omen 15' gaming laptop and I have 1 USB dongle plugged in which connects to the wireless mouse/and keyboard (Logitech). When I plug in a second usb device (USB to VGA cable for a 2nd monitor, or printer) the connection for both the mouse/keyboard is disrupted. They either lag badly or don't work at all, unless they are right beside the computer, which defeats the purpose. I owned the same keyboard/mouse model on my last laptop and never had this issue. The connection was always strong from a far distance with many usb devices plugged in. Strangely this doesn't happen when I plug in a usb camcorder- only with the printer and the screen so far. When they keyboard/mouse dongle is the only one plugged in, it works fine most of the time (still a little lag sometimes). I'm having this issue while they are only about 2 feet from the laptop.
All my drivers are up to date. The issue persists no matter which USB port its plugged into. This laptop has usb ports only on the back side so moving it to opposite sides isn't an option. HP customer support wasn't helpful at all.
Can anyone help? Thanks.
