Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey, I am on the way of upgrading my laptop as it lags and freeze while photoshop and video editing, so I want to ask -

  1. Can I upgrade my laptop processor from i3 to i5?
  2. Should I upgrade from the 4 GB DDR3 RAM to additional 8 GB RAM Crucial  and adding 250 GB Samsung 860 EVO SSD?
  3. Does it even worth the upgrading?
