My HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 stopped printing in color so I assumed the ink was low and replaced all of the color inks with new HP inks. But I still only get black print outs. I cleaned the printerhead 3 times. I tried printing from different computers and then making a color copy. I took out all of the ink cartridges and unplugged the printer for a while then plugged it back in, re-inserted the ink, still only black prints. I made sure the ink is installed correctly and that the tops of the ink cartridges are vented. I tried printing a diagnostic page, but that also prints in black only. I had this printer for a little over a year so the warranty is expired. Any other ideas on what I can do to resolve this? Thanks
