Hp Omen 17 cb0002-nt (6ZL17EA)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have bought a new hp omen 17 6zl17ea freedos notebook and installed windows 10 and all drivers. However, i have a problem with integrated graphics. There is no intel integrated graphic in the device manager,  just seems rtx 2060. Firstly, I thought that my pc doesn't support intel graphics because of motherboard but in hp's site there are two graphic drivers ,which include intel, for my pc. I installed all these drivers but still have same problem. Also, when i opened intel graphics control panel that says " Intel Graphics Driver is not available. Check the driver status and then launch the application." After that, i tried to install the driver from intel's site: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/191045/Intel-Core-i7-9750H-Processor-12M-Cache-up-to-4-50-G...
However, i encountered with a new problem, the driver couldn't be installed and gave this error message: "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software." ( I can't use manual installing because intel doesn't appear in the device manager.)
I am asking this because i don't know my laptop supports intel graphics or not and i think my laptop's battery drains fastly because of using external graphic card.
Lastly, my questions :

- Doesn't my laptop or motherboard support intel graphics?
- If it doesn't support, why there is a driver for intel graphics in hp's site?
- Is this a technical hardware error or basic software error, should i going to service?
