Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ever since my computer was upgraded to Windows 10, I haven't been able to print double-sided. This is the error message:

 

Automatic Two-Sided Printing Module Missing

The document has been confired to print using the Automatic Two-Sided Printing Module but the module is not installed on the device. The document will be printed one-sided.

 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer software and drivers but still face the same issue. Has anyone found a solution?
