I have a black Instant Ink cartridge that is continuously showing a Cartridge Error on the printer. I have followed all the steps suggested in previous posts and by the Virtual Assistant (printer reset, firmware update, cleaning cartridge and contacts, etc.) but with no luck at all.
Instant Ink does not seem to be able to send a new cartridge precisely because of the cartridge error. It has now been more than 2 weeks and this is unfortunately getting quite frustrating!
Any help at all would be much appreciated.
