Hi,
Because of poor wifi connection (unrelated issue), I need to print off of my computer (MacBook Pro) with a USB cable. This was working fine until a few days ago when the printer somehow went offline. I've tried everything: Made sure the printer was full of ink/paper, turned the printer off, unplugged the printer, updated the computer, and restarted the printing system.
After successfully restarting the printing system, I am trying to reconnect the printer, but the list of available printers to add is completely empty. This is frustrating considering the printer is still plugged into the computer.
