Hello. My HP printer won't print documents I want it to. My printer is connected to my computer wirelessly and has not had this problem before. Whenever I print something, It says that it has an error. I downloaded the HP Print and Scan Doctor to see what was wrong. I tried to print out the test page and it printed. This is very strange as no other could print out. I also tried to turn off my printer using the power button and after, this message appeared on the screen with all the buttons flashing "ERROR CODE: 0XB87C57CA" I tried to look online for this code but found nothing about it. In desperation, I used the VIrtual Agent to try to solve this problem but none of the steps they said worked. I am very sure that this is only a network or software issue and not a hardware one. Any help is apprieciated as always!
