Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

After cleaning printer.jpgSample print page.jpgI am getting 5 semi-circles down the left side of a portrait document.  It picks up part of the document and then repeats it.

When I did a cleaning on the machine, these semi-circles still showed up.

I switched the toner cartridge with another printer and it is still doing it.  What stumps me is it will be different every time I print.
