Hi dears,

 

I have been using chrome since long time, presently while working in chrome I encountered this issue of glitchy and lagging interface of Google Chrome.

*Upon observing what was causing the speed issue, I found that in Task manager, Java platform SE Binary was consuming 100% of my CPU.

*First of all please explain what this program is?

*Solution to this issue?

*Hardware upgrade for my personal use, keeping in view that I am a civil engineering student.
