Hello,

My HP ENVY 4500 stopped connecting to my iMac. It was working properly in the last 1.5 years and suddenly both wireless direct stopped functioning and also can't connect to Mac wirelessly. (It can be connected using USB cable).

It can be also connected to my acer laptop wirelessly.

Could you help to resolve the problem? Note that I have tried all the tips in HP website (restoring printer to factory default), uninstall and re-install the printer on my Mac and it did not help.
