Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14m-cd0xxx

I got this hp pavilion x360 laptop less than 11 months ago and everything was good until the left

side of the screen started popping out. I have NEVER dropped this laptop or hit it against anything. It would be great if somebody can tell me how to resolve this issue.
