Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When I try to scan I get a message on the printer that says "no computer found." When I go through programs on the computer to HP Scan, it says the printer isn't found.  However, I can print with no problem.  I have already uninstalled and re-installed the printer, re-booted, reset the router and all the other things I've been able to find so far on this forum.  Please help!
