I have an HP ENVY PHOTO 7855 and I keep getting an Alignment Unsuccessful message. I have cleaned and aligned the printer and still continue getting "Alignment Unsuccessful". How do I get this fixed or is there something else that I should just take it back to Staples for them to check it?
