Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello - 

 

All of the sudden my HP 8620 will not print a print job from my HP laptop.  My Dell work laptop prints fine as well as my Chromebook.  I have rebooted everything, reinstalled the printer and drivers and there is no error until you try to print and it immediately goes into the queue and says error.  I've also tried the online print doctor.  After hours and hours I am extremely frustrated and need to be able to print ASAP.  Thank you in advance for suggestions!!
