FIRST, can the shortcuts that show up when scanning be re-ordered in the list that is displayed?  I have a number of shortcuts that have been saved as they were created, but I see no way to rearrange them into logical groups.

 

SECOND, is there a way to backup the shortcuts so they can be restored when rebuilding a computer system after a failure or upgrade?
