Hello,

 

I am the new one here 😂

So I want to start my printer hp Tango X.

And I plugged it in and the printer show me only yellow light on the paper side and a yellow ink door.

When I opened the ink door nothing moving so I can't put the ink in.

 

I don't know what I can do.. I press and hold the buttons in several modes but nothing.

The app can't find the printer and blue lights never start on this one only the yellow.

 

Anyone know the Probleme?
