Hi, I have a HP laptop, product number is 4TT06PA
For some reason 5ghz WiFi networks are not showing up and I know that it is not a problem with the network because I am connecting to it on my other devices.
Does my model come with a WiFi chip that has the ability to connect to a 5ghz wifi? If it does what can possibly be the problem, why it won’t show any 5ghz WiFi networks and what can I do to fix it?? WiFi connectivity is through Realtek RTL8723DE 802.11b/g/n PCIe Adapter. The driver version is 2024.0.10.209
I hope I gave you enough info to answer the question.
Thanks in advance.
