Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Any time I try to use my built-in webcam, the video will come on okay, and then "fade" to black after 5-10 seconds. However, my camera light remains on like it's still running, I just get no video output. I have updated drivers and installed new webcam software. And I tried starting my computer in Safe Mode and disabled my firewall - neither of those worked. The internet has no more advice to offer. I'm starting to think it's a problem with the camera itself rather than the computer or software. Help, please!
