I disconnected my Deskjet 2652 and moved it. Now I cannot reconnect. I go to HP Scan and get the error message is: "The Deskjet 2600 was not found". I had left the cable attached to the computer and should only need to plug back into printer but it is not secure. Where exactly is the port on the printer? The only one I see is on the back at the right. Looks just like the old phone line slots so I don't see how that can possibly fit a USB. I know this is a stupid question but I am a stupid person, okay? (And speaking of stupid, it's pretty stupid that the HP start poster shows a big picture of the power cord (which even I can figure out) and makes no mention of connecting a USB cable.) Anyway will someone please tell me how to get connected again for scanning purposes? Thank you.
