Product: HP Deskjet ink Advantage 3776

I bought my HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3776 in the Philippines, which uses a 680 cartridge. However, I moved to Italy and this cartridge number is not available. When checking HP's website and table for cartridge compatibilities by region, it suggests to use a 652 instead for Europe. I bought it, but when replacing it, the printer does not recognise the new cartridge. I cannot seem to identify which cartridge should I buy and there are no options here to buy back into the 680. I already updated the firewall, in case it would help, but no luck. Any ideas? As we are now homeschooling with the lockdown I urgently need my printer back!
