Product: HP Envy 5660
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP Envy 5660 goes offline frequently. Normally it's an easy fix but this time I cannot seem to fix it. I've ran the HP print and scan doctor, the Windows troubleshooter, I've rebooted my laptop, printer and router, I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Nothing is working. 

It says offline and it won't print wirelessly or via USB. 

 

Why does it go offline all the time and what can I do to fix it this time? I'm ready to drop kick and buy a different brand.
