Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi,

 

Hoping to get some assistance with a persistent problem. I have an Officejet 5200 connected to my network via wifi. My computers are all Macs and are running Catalina.

 

The problem I'm having is that it goes offline everyday at least once or twice. I have to unplug it and restart it and it will start working again. I've tried rebooting my network, updating the firmware and even doing a factory reset of the printer, but nothing seems to stop it from going offline.

 

has anyone else encountered this? Does anyone have any suggestions?
