My HP Deskjet 2622 keeps on having the ink blinking light on (colour)

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)
 
I bought a new ink colour. But when i put it inside the catridge, it still blinking. Its like i do not have the ink even though i already put a new one. Can someone help me with my problem.
